The Employee Handbook Store is a web property of The Guru Group, Inc., located in Gilbert, Arizona. Founded in 1991, the firm has provided graphic design, publishing, website development, on-line promotion and other graphic services - including creation of templates for use by small business.
The employee handbook templates are created specifically for each state, based on labor law established by the legislature, per state. In some cases the policies of the state may defer to federal policy, in which case we use the federal policy as outlined by The United States Department of Labor.
The templates are created in MS Word, and offered in other file formats, using style sheets that give the documents a professional appearance as well as an easy read for the end user.
