Harassment Policy

The harassment policy is sometimes called an anti-bullying policy, although a good harassment policy will cover all forms of harassment from verbal, sexual, physical, and emotional. The policy should detail exactly what an employee should do if he or she feels someone is harassing him or her at work or through the workplace. The policy should explain the possible consequences of harassing other employees or customers in the workplace.

For a listing of the more than 100 policies included in each handbook order, see the sample employee handbook details here. It is a MS Word document for ease of use.
