...let me say that your Handbook was very easy to use. We already
had Personnel Policies for our organization, so when a major funder
required us to have an "employee handbook" (but couldn't
explain the difference between that and PP's) we were frankly at
a loss to know what to supply. While the Handbook obviously covers
many of the same topics as does the Personnel Policies, it also
covers simple, day-to-day topics which we had never considered!
(I suppose we expected the employees to figure out what information
they needed.) The prompting of less obvious issues (e.g., Parking,
Smoking) provided the opportunity to provide information (and cautions)
which are actually quite important to our day-to-day operation.
The Handbook was a great tool and I actually enjoyed formatting
it.
Thank you again and I will not hesitate to look to you when we need
another such resource -- as well as to recommend your website/product(s).
