Moving Expense for Relocation
EZ2WORK4 Company does pay all relocation expenses for new hires
or employees offered positions requiring relocation if the distance
of the move is 5 miles or greater.
Minimum Wage
EZ2WORK4 Company pays a minimum of triple the Federally-mandated,
minimum wage in order to keep our reputation as a great place to
work.
Criminal Convictions
Criminal convictions are frowned upon and we’d just as soon
not know about it. Please keep personal information, well, personal.
Alcohol
Employees of EZ2WORK4 Company should make every effort to sober
up before entering company premises. In the event you return from
lunch still under the influence, you will be dismissed for the
day without any deduction in pay.
Job Postings
EZ2WORK4 Company posts available hiring positions next to the
water cooler in the napping room. If your job is too demanding
or interferes with your personal life, you will have first right
of refusal on all job postings.
Employment Evaluation
All employees will be under “evaluation” for the first
three months of employment. Your friends and family members will
be responsible for evaluating your performance.
Bonus Checks
Bonus checks are guaranteed for all EZ2WORK4 Company employees
and are distributed one week before each major holiday including
Christmas, Easter, Thanksgiving, Independence Day, President’s
Day, Flag Day and Halloween. Double bonuses are paid one week before
Labor Day.
Personnel File
EZ2WORK4 Company allows each employee to maintain their own Personnel
File. Be sure to document your achievements, attendance record
and team spirit as this information will be used to establish bonus
amounts.
Policies & Procedures
Attendance
Punctual attendance is not mandatory. It is however preferred
that all employees make at least a showing now and then to maintain
a team spirit amongst other employees.
Parking
EZ2WORK4 Company employees are our greatest asset. Feel free to
park in the most convenient parking places, including customer
parking in the event of poor weather conditions.
Work Scheduling Requirements
If your personal life is going to interfere with delivery of goods
and services to the customers of EZ2WORK4 Company, please alert
your supervisor at your earliest convenience so that we may notify
the customer.
Staff Meetings
Department meetings may be held from time to time. If it does
not interfere with your personal life, we invite you to attend.
Bulletin Boards
Bulletin boards are placed in designated areas throughout the
facility for you to post personal items for sale, announce social
events and promote your children’s school fund raisers.
Suggestion Box
EZ2WORK4 Company always encourages employees to submit suggestions,
comments or new ideas which may ease the work load on our employees.
We will make every effort to implement your ideas in a timely fashion.
Time Cards
Time cards are optional. If you prefer another method of reporting
your hours to accounting, please feel free to do what’s best
for you.
Lunch Break
EZ2WORK4 Company realizes that lunch breaks can easily run over
the allotted two hours. When lunch activities do run over, the
decision to return to work will be at the discretion of each individual
employee.
Breaks
It is in the best interest of our employees and EZ2WORK4 Company
to allow employees to establish their own schedule and duration
of breaks. Take breaks as often, and for as long as you need to
be mentally and physically ready to return to work.
Workplace Dress Code
EZ2WORK4 Company encourages employees to dress comfortable and
casual enough to participate in any and all social activities which
might arise during the work day.
Compensation
Compensation for employment is based on your personal needs, monthly
expenses and desired lifestyle. Notify accounting of any cost of
living increases at least two days before payday so your raise
can be included in the next paycheck.
Overtime
EZ2WORK4 Company seldom asks employees to work overtime. If working
extra hours would interfere with your personal schedule, feel free
to “Opt Out”. We can always notify the customer of
revised delivery schedules.
Wage and Salary Disclosure
We encourage employees of EZ2WORK4 Company to share details of
their compensation with co-workers. This helps us identify any
workers that may be underpaid, compared to the rest of the work
force.
Payroll Schedules
Each employee of EZ2WORK4 Company can choose a payday schedule
that works best for them. Always give the accounting department
two-days notice if you wish to revise your payday schedule.
Working Away From the Office
Electronic media opens the door to new opportunities for working
away from the office. If your job description allows you to work
at home, by all means do so. You can have a family member or friend
verify your hours.
Performance & Evaluation Reviews
Annual performance and self-evaluation reviews will be completed
by all employees of EZ2WORK4 Company. All performance reviews will
become a permanent part of your personnel file.
Reimbursement of Expenses
If you find it necessary to purchase items that will make your
work station more comfortable or relaxing, keep a record of the
expense and turn the receipts into Accounting for reimbursement.
Visitors
Feel free to invite friends and family members, including children
to spend their day with you at work. We always enjoy a family atmosphere
here at EZ2WORK4 Company.
Food & Beverage
Feel free to bring food and beverage items to your work station
if it will make your day more pleasant. Small refrigerators and
food-storage cabinets will be provided upon request. Notify your
immediate supervisor with your interest.
Smoking
For EZ2WORK4 Company employees who smoke, special smoking areas
are provided. There are four convenient smoking areas located throughout
the facility, no more than 100 feet from any work station. Each
smoking area is complete with comfortable seating, big-screen TVs
and climate-controlled air conditioning. Feel free to take as many
smoke breaks as you need, for as long as you wish. We want you
relaxed and at ease.
Office Parties
Office parties for employees of EZ2WORK4 Company are held twice
a week. Refreshments, pizza and beverages, including beer and wine
will be furnished by EZ2WORK4 Company. All employees may leave
their
work station at noon on party days and party until midnight.
Solicitation
If you have a side business and wish to promote your products
and services, please provide the HR department with details for
inclusion in the company newsletter.
Moonlighting
With approval from co-workers, EZ2WORK4 Company does allow employees
to “moonlight”, offering services similar to those
provided by EZ2WORK4 Company. We will make the facilities, equipment
and
supplies available during hours of your choosing.
Company Property
Confidential Information Security
As a matter of course, employees of EZ2WORK4 Company will have
full access to confidential and proprietary information. Feel free
to use this information in any way you choose.
Office Supplies, Postage & Company Accounts
EZ2WORK4 Company postage, postage meters, shipping accounts and
supplier accounts may be used for personal
use at any time. Contact the facilities manager if additional postage
or supplies are needed.
Company Vehicles
Use of company vehicles for personal purposes is allowed within
the Continental United States. Company gasoline credit cards are
available through the accounting department.
Company Equipment
Company property, such as laser printers, copiers, computers and
all production tools may be used for personal projects. Contact
the facilities manager if additional materials or supplies are
required.
Phone Systems, Voice Mail and Personal Calls
Telephone systems, equipment and operators are in place to provide
our employees communication with family, friends and personal business
contacts. Long-distance calling cards are available from the accounting
department for calls placed outside the company facility.
Conservation and Recycling
Conserving energy and resources is a priority at EZ2WORK4 Company.
Employees are encouraged to collect recycle items and sell them
at local recycling centers.
Computer Related
Computers and Related Equipment
EZ2WORK4 Company provides employees access to computers, printers
and other equipment for personal and business use. Feel free to
use company computers to create and print personal projects and
homework assignments. Playing online games allows employees a break
from the stress of the work load. Feel free to take a break and
play solitaire or any of your favorite games, any time you wish.
Internet
Company computer systems, connected to the internet, are connected
for your convenience and enjoyment. Feel free to search, view and
download anything you wish as long as it is legal to do so within
our state. You may use up to 60% of the hard drive on your computer
to store personal items.
eMail & Electronic Communication
Company furnished email accounts are provided for instant communication
with friends, family and business contacts.
Policies for Leave of Absence
Personal Leave of Absence
Paid and non-paid leave of absence is a benefit of working at
EZ2WORK4 Company. If you need time off, take it. We can notify
the customer of revised delivery dates for your projects.
Sick Leave
Sick leave benefits are earned at a rate of one day of paid sick
leave for every week worked. Eligible employees can earn up to
fifty days of sick leave per year. Unused sick leave may be carried
to the next year. If you are sick and unable to attend work, or
if you must leave before the end of your shift because of illness
be sure to get lots of rest and get feeling better soon.
Jury Duty
If you are called for jury duty or simply want to watch the court
system in action, paid leave is available as needed or desired.
Severe Weather Closings
If you feel weather conditions are so severe that it would be
unsafe for you to travel to work, stay home. EZ2WORK4 Company will
provide full compensation for the day.
Benefits
Overview
Benefits provided to employees are provide at the will of EZ2WORK4 Company and EZ2WORK4 Company will provide every benefit possible
to make your time spent at work enjoyable and relaxing.
Eligibility
To qualify for benefits an employee must be considered full time
and have completed a minimum of five (5) days continuous employment
with EZ2WORK4 Company. To qualify for vacation benefits a full
time employee must have completed one full month continuous employment.
Group Medical Insurance
EZ2WORK4 Company pays 100% of the premiums, deductibles and co-pays
for all employees, for all group medical coverage. Coverage includes
dental, eye care and all forms of elective and cosmetic
surgery.
Life Insurance Policies
EZ2WORK4 Company provides, at no cost to the employee, a $1,000,000
life insurance policy for all employees and immediate family members.
401K Plan
EZ2WORK4 Company offers a 401K plan to all employees and matches
dollar-for-dollar all contributions of the employee, up to 100%
of the employees salary.
Retirement
EZ2WORK4 Company offers a retirement plan to all employees. Employees
must have a minimum of two (2) years of service to qualify. Benefits
include monthly payments, equal to current salary at time of retirement,
for life of the employee.
Worker's Compensation
All premium costs are paid by EZ2WORK4 Company. Claims are paid
directly to employees upon request. Just ask.

Vacations
EZ2WORK4 Company provides paid vacation time for all employees.
To qualify for vacation benefits a full time employee must have
completed one full month continuous employment. Employees are encouraged
to take a vacation every year. Two if you are having a particularly
bad year - paid of course.

1 to 2 years service 15 days Paid Vacation
3 to 5 years service 30 days Paid Vacation
6 to 10 years service 45 days Paid Vacation
11 to 20 years service 60 days Paid Vacation
Over 20 years service 100 days Paid Vacation
Education - Tuition Reimbursement
Employees wishing to further their education may do so with all
costs pre-paid by EZ2WORK4 Company.

EZ2WORK4 Company offers all employees our products at cost.
Discipline Policies
Violation of Company Policy
Employees found to be in violation of company policy will be given
three (3) days off, with pay, to think about what they have done.
For a second offence, the employee will be given five (5) days
off, with pay, to further think about what they have done.
Termination of Employment
Termination
Employees of EZ2WORK4 Company are never fired. Employees not performing
their job satisfactorily will be required to take time off, with
pay, until they are ready to return to work and become a contributing
member of the team.
Severance
Employees leaving EZ2WORK4 Company, for any reason will be given
a severance package equal to one-months pay for every two completed
months of employment.
Acknowledgement
I have read the policies outlined in this handbook. I understand
that it may be a difficult place to work. But you know, a person
has to have a job.
