Smoking On Company Property
The smoking policy will explain if, when, and where the company permits smoking on the premises. Some companies choose to ban smoking altogether and others offer designated smoking areas outside of the building where people can smoke. The smoking section will include information on when the company permits employees to take cigarette breaks during the workday. It should include whether the company permits employees to smoke in company vehicles.
